We’ll support your equipment with a full warranty and all-inclusive maintenance for the life of your contract, including toner, drums, parts, labor, and service calls. To save you time, we’ll work to help you troubleshoot any issues over the telephone—but if a service call is required, an experienced, certified technician will respond in two hours or less. In the rare event that we can’t repair your machine onsite, our loaner/replacement program will keep you up and running. Our goal is give you the assurance that you’ll always be taken care of.
